2014: FISU World University Match Racing Championship – 1st (with Anabel Vose, Amy Prime and Hannah Peters)
2015: Captained British University Sailing Association (BUSA) team on a victorious tour of the United States.
2015: Team Racing World Championships – 7th
2016: Sailed from NY to Bermuda on F4 prototype foiling catamaran skippered by Oracle Team USA helmsman Jimmy Spithill
2017: Member of design team at America's Cup syndicate SoftBank Team Japan
At 24 Emily Nagel – a qualified naval architect – was the youngest female sailor to start this edition of the Volvo Ocean Race. In 20015 she led the British University Sailing Association (BUSA) team on a victorious tour of the United States. In 2016 she worked in the design department at SoftBank Team Japan during the 35th America’s Cup.
